1. Parties

Seller: AYRAN DİGİTAL YAZILIM PAZARLAMA VE GELİŞTİRME LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ; ALTINKUM MAH. 423 SK. KAYA PLAZA NO: 35 İÇ KAPI NO: 4 KONYAALTI / ANTALYA 07070, TÜRKİYE; Antalya Kurumlar Vergi Dairesi, tax number 1231155733; MERSİS 0123115573300001; support@personera.tr.

The Buyer is the natural or legal person who creates the order by entering contact and billing details at checkout. Buyer information and the order summary form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Subject and formation

This agreement governs the sale and performance of the Personera digital service ordered electronically and the parties’ rights and obligations under Turkish consumer and distance-contract law.

The agreement is formed when the Buyer gives the final confirmation indicating an obligation to pay and payment succeeds. The order summary, Pre-Information Form, and Refund and Cancellation Policy apply together with this agreement.

3. Service, price, and payment

The service name, main characteristics, duration or number of uses, total price including taxes, discounts, and payment method are shown in the order summary. If terms conflict, the term specifically displayed at checkout and more favorable to the consumer applies.

Payment is made by card through iyzico payment infrastructure. Rights concerning unauthorized card use and payment-service procedures are governed by applicable law.

4. Performance and Buyer obligations

Depending on its nature, the service is activated automatically after payment or supplied after verification and content review. The Buyer must provide accurate account and billing information, use lawful content, and comply with the Terms of Use.

Delay caused by the Buyer’s failure to provide required information or documents does not constitute Seller default. If the Seller cannot supply the service for a reason within its control, it will inform the Buyer and provide a lawful remedy or refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer may withdraw without giving a reason by sending a clear notice to support@personera.tr within 14 days from conclusion of the agreement.

If performance is requested before the withdrawal period ends, the consumer’s express request is collected. Where full performance or immediate digital delivery causes loss of the withdrawal right, separate information and consent are collected before payment.

6. Subscription and termination

Subscriptions identified as recurring in the order summary renew for the displayed periods. The Buyer may stop the next charge by cancelling through the account or support channel before renewal. Except where mandatory law or a special checkout term provides otherwise, termination does not retroactively cancel past periods.

7. Liability and license

The purchase grants the Buyer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the relevant digital feature during the contract term. No intellectual property rights in Personera software, trademarks, or content are transferred.

The Seller supplies the purchased platform feature with reasonable care but does not guarantee third-party conduct, a fixed number of customer enquiries, revenue, or search-engine ranking. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains reserved.

8. Personal data and notices

Personal data is processed under the KVKK Notice and Cookie Policy. Contract notices may be sent to the Buyer’s registered email or account channels. The Buyer must keep contact details current.

9. Disputes and entry into force

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under the applicable monetary limits.

This agreement enters into force on the date of the Buyer’s electronic approval. A copy is stored electronically and made accessible to the Buyer.
